These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Bohoo99 website and your stay at our property.
By making a booking with us, you agree to the following:
1. General Terms
Bohoo99 is operated by BOMBAY STAY LLP.
Guests must present a valid government ID proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport) at check-in.
Local ID is accepted.
Guests must provide accurate booking information.
2. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: 12:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and chargeable.
3. House Rules
To maintain a safe and comfortable experience, the following rules apply:
No smoking inside the property
No pets allowed
No illegal activities
No drug consumption
No property damage
Guests are responsible for the behavior of all visitors
Violation of any rule may result in cancellation or penalties.
4. Payment Terms
No advance deposit is required during booking unless specified.
Payments made through Razorpay must comply with their terms.
Any additional charges (early check-in, late check-out, damages, etc.) must be settled at the property.
5. Cancellation & Refund
Cancel 72 hours before check-in → Full Refund
Cancel 48 hours before check-in → 50% Refund
Cancel 24 hours before check-in → No Refund
No-show bookings are treated as non-refundable.
6. Liability
Bohoo99 is not responsible for loss of valuables not deposited with reception.
We are not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control (weather, strikes, maintenance issues, etc.)
7. Website Usage
You must not misuse or attempt to tamper with the website.
All content—including text, images, and logos—belongs to Bohoo99 and cannot be copied without permission.
8. Amendments
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
