This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.
1. Standard Cancellation Refunds
The refund amount depends on the time at which the cancellation is made:
✔ 72 hours before check-in
Full refund (100%)
✔ 48 hours before check-in
50% refund
✔ 24 hours before check-in
No refund
Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of check-in are fully non-refundable.
✔ No-Show Bookings
Guests who do not arrive without prior cancellation are considered no-shows, and the booking is non-refundable.
2. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- The exact time may vary based on your bank or payment gateway (Razorpay) processing speed.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Guest fails to arrive (no-show)
- Guest cancels within 24 hours of check-in
- Guest is asked to leave due to violation of House Rules
- Incorrect information provided during booking or check-in
- Payment disputes resulting from failure to follow hotel policies
4. Date Modifications
Changing booking dates is allowed but subject to:
- Room availability
- Price differences on new dates
- Approval by hotel management
If date change is approved, the new booking terms apply.
