This Booking Policy explains how reservations, cancellations, and guest rules apply when booking with Bohoo99.
1. Booking Requirements
Guests must provide legitimate personal information.
A valid government ID proof is mandatory for every guest.
Local ID is accepted.
2. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in / late check-out is available on request and may be chargeable.
3. Payment Policy
No advance deposit required.
Payments made online are processed securely through Razorpay.
Your card/bank details are not stored by Bohoo99.
4. Cancellation & Refund
72 hours before check-in: 100% refund
48 hours before check-in: 50% refund
24 hours before check-in: Non-refundable
No-shows are treated as non-refundable bookings.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days (subject to payment gateway timelines).
5. Guest Conduct
Guests must follow all hotel rules:
No smoking
No pets
No illegal activities
No drug consumption
No damage to property
Violation may result in denied stay or additional charges.
6. Modification of Booking
Changes to booking dates are subject to room availability and revised pricing if applicable.
